So, of course, I had to turn it into ice cream.
My Dubai Crunch Ice Cream starts with a velvety pistachio base—made with real pistachios, not the neon-green syrup. Then I fold in hand-crushed chunks of kataifi (a finely shredded phyllo dough, similar to what you’d find in baklava), crisped and coated in chocolate for that irresistible crunch. Finally, I add toasted almond toffee bits for even more texture and richness.
