Description
Using real Lucky Charms, this ice cream is flavored with the cereal, with chunks of Ghirardelli white chocolate coated Lucky Charms marshmallows!
I coated the marshmallows in chocolate to help keep them from getting soggy from the ice cream, so you get a crunchy bit in each bite. You don’t have to be lucky to eat something this fun! This flavor was also inspired by our Irish themed month, March!
It took quite a bit of time separating the cereal from the marshmallows, but it didn’t quite have enough marshmallows, so I found you can buy the Lucky Charms marshmallows by themselves!
Ingredients: Ice Cream Base (Cream, Milk, Skim Milk, Sugar, Corn Syrup Solids, Nonfat Dry Milk, 2% or less of Mono & Diglycerides, Cellulose Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan), Lucky Charms (Whole Grain Oats, Sugar, Whole Grain Corn, Corn Starch, Corn Syrup, Dextrose.
