A simple classic, with vanilla extract AND vanilla bean! Very vanilla, and one of my favorites!

Why is it called VERY Vanilla Bean?

It’s got WAY more vanilla in it than a ‘normal’ vanilla ice cream.  Instead of the standard 1 teaspoon per quart of ice cream mix, I use 3x that, 1 Tablespoon. That’s not all, I also use a DOUBLE fold/strength vanilla. But wait, THERE’S MORE, I also added in vanilla bean powder!  That results in about 8 times the vanilla strength you will find in other ‘vanilla’ ice creams.  You’re welcome!

 

Ingredients: Ice Cream Base (Milk and Cream, Sugar, Nonfat Milk, Corn Syrup, Whey, Guar Gum, Mono and Diglycerides, Cellulose Gum, Polysorbate 80, Carrageenan, Xanthan Gum), Vanilla Extract, Vanilla bean powder
